He has extensive knowledge in developing a project from A to Z including all requirement for a construction loan.
Mr. Beglari is dedicated to his trade and maintains a strong supervisory position over all trades that are retained, suppliers, subcontractors, and overall project scheduling. In this manner he is able to ensure his clients of IL delivering a project to a satisfactory and timely completion.
Mr. Beglari holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Structural Civil Engineering, University of Southern California, Los Angeles. A California State licensed contractor, he has extensive experience in estimating negotiating with all subcontractors, scheduling and coordinating, purchasing materials, and closely working with clients, architects, engineers, banks, city senior building inspectors, plan checkers, and major suppliers, Having total control on all the projects throughout different phases and stages of construction. He is very efficient and time conscious in delivering a project to its completion.
